What
kind of songs do you play? We
have a variety of songs to pick from. You can check out our top
requested songs to
get some ideas.
What if I go over my scheduled
time? We
charge by the hour. Anything over that will be considered overtime.
How will the DJ dress?
The DJ will be dressed accordingly. If the event calls for a tuxedo,
than that’s what he’ll be in.
Can the DJ also emcee? Yes.
It’s included in package 3.
Does the DJ have a back-up system? Yes.
We have a CD player and also a Memory Stick player.
So
when does the DJ start playing music? What
ever time is on the agreement contract.
Does the DJ have a cordless microphone? Yes.
He will have 2 cordless microphones with him. This makes things
much easier when interacting with your guest.
We have come up
with a simple equation for how many songs you really need for an event.
Total
time of your event in minutes. divided by 4 (which is the average song
time in minutes). Equals total amount of songs.
example:
A 5 hour wedding reception would be 300 minutes (5x60). Divide
that by 4, will equal 75. And that's how many songs you would need for
that event.
Let me also say that dinner could take a couple of hours,
so that too is included in the equation. Than there's the bouquet
and garder toss, cake cutting, money dance, etc... If you can do
all that in an hour that gives your guests 2 hours of dancing time
(that’s 30 songs!).
So realistically you should pick about 30 songs
that you want to hear for your reception. And again that’s just
a rough estimate.
